Adverse weather conditions caused power outages that are still affecting nearly 5,200 customers across the Lugansk People’s Republic, the LPR Emergencies Ministry press service reported.
“As of 07:00, December 7, a total of 5,176 customers were without electricity; repairs are ongoing,” the report said.
Weather-related power outages affected 3,022 customers in Lugansk, 89 in the Krasnodon district, 1,615 in the Lutugino district, 422 in Roveniki and 28 in Stakhanov, the LPR Emergencies Ministry said.
