The branches of the Multi-Functional Government and Municipal Services Center in the Lugansk People’s Republic will be offering some 100 services by yearend, said LRP Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Andrey Yershov.
“The Multi-Functional Centers currently provide 45 services, the most needed ones,” Yershov said in an interview with the Lugansk Media Center. “ <...> We plan to increase their number to 100 by the end of this year.”
Online appointment with MFCs in the LPR will be available after the launching of the mobile application in government services, he said.
“I very much hope that next year, we’ll fully integrate with the classical service to which the other 85 Russian regions have become accustomed,” the minister said. *i*sb
