The 132nd humanitarian aid convoy of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry (EMERCOM) has delivered foodstuffs and construction materials to Lugansk, the Lugansk People’s Republic Emergencies Ministry press service reported on Tuesday. “On Monday, a new EMERCOM convoy delivered relief supplies for Donbass residents to the LPR capital,” the report said. “Ten EMERCOM trucks and an accompanying vehicle have delivered foodstuffs and construction materials.” “The relief supplies were delivered in full conformity with the requirements and norms of international law; no contingencies occurred in transit,” the LPR Emergencies Ministry said. On April 23, EMECOM’s 131st convoy delivered foodstuffs and essentials to Lugansk. Russia first sent relief supplies to the LPR on August 22, 2014. The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The members of the Contact Group on conflict settlement have announced ceasefire more than 20 times since the autumn of 2014. Kiev forces regularly violated the truce opening fire with large caliber artillery, mortars and tank guns which were to have been withdrawn from the contact line under the accords. *i*t
