The Territorial Development Fund (FRT) will connect more than 2,500 facilities in Donbass to heat distribution networks in 2023, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin said following a FRT Observer Council meeting.
“Last year, the FRT restored 1,646 utility infrastructure facilities in Mariupol, Volnovakha, Severodonetsk area and Energodar,” Khusnullin said. “Another 2,558 facilities will be connected to heat networks this year.”
The Fund has drawn a program for comprehensive development and modernization of the housing and utilities sector in the new regions until 2025, he said.
“The FRT has been operating steadily along all lines. It is facing an increasing number of tasks, so it must not slow down,” the deputy premier said. *i*ie
