Unified rates for housing and communal services are applied to the entire territory of the LPR, including the liberated areas, the Minister of Economic Development Svetlana Podlipayeva said.
"One and the same tariff system is applied all over the LPR, including the liberated areas, that were not under LPR control until February 19, 2022." she said.
Natural gas is now three times cheaper than it used to be under the Ukrainian regime, electricity has become twice as cheap.
