The Lugansk People’s Republic Emergencies Ministry has held the first loyalty oath ceremony, the Ministry's press service reported.
“Almost 900 firefighters and rescuers pledged to perform their duty in good faith and be worthy citizens of the Russian state,” the press service said adding that another 1,500 rescuers are expected to follow suit in the near future.
