About 200 doctors from the Russian Federation have already helped colleagues in the medical institutions of the LPR and DPR, a member of the State Duma of Russia Dmitry Khubezov said.
“About 200 people,” he said, answering the question of how many doctors from Russia have already come to help their colleagues in the LPR and DPR.
The deputy noted that many Russian doctors are ready to work in the Republics of Donbass "for as long as necessary."
“Many people who come for two weeks stay for a month or more. Now, in the DPR in Mariupol, a person (a doctor from the Russian Federation) who works there wants to stay for another three weeks. The guys live right in hospitals, they are nearby at any time of the day,” - the parliamentarian said.
Khubezov delivered medicines and equipment for fixing fractures to a Lugansk hospital. Also, the representative of the head of the Chechen Republic in the LPR and DPR, Rakhim Isaev, handed over humanitarian aid.
Today, the head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, awarded the doctors who save the lives of the defenders of the Republic in the liberated areas. *t
