Representatives of the All‑Russia People's Front public movement (ONF) have delivered more than 130 tons of humanitarian aid to Lugansk, Lugansk Media Center correspondent reports from the location where the cargo is unloaded.
"Today, nine trucks arrived, more than 130 tons - this is a variety of humanitarian aid from water to window film, because many houses are, unfortunately, without windows, (brought) a lot of baby food, generators for those places where the electrician is off, now, and just food, clothes," said Boris Podolniy, deputy head of the central executive committee of the ONF.
The humanitarian cargo will be distributed among the residents of the Republic, including the territories liberated from the Ukrainian forces.
The next delivery is expected in a week, it is to comprise about 200 tons of humanitarian cargo.
Earlier, representatives of the ONF delivered rehabilitation equipment for the disabled and food for animals kept in shelters.
The head of the executive committee of the ONF, Mikhail Kuznetsov, reported that the movement plans to open representative offices in the LPR and DPR in the near future. *ot
