At least 20 people sustained injuries in Krasnyi Luch after Ukrainian forces hit the town with a Tochka-U missile, the local administration head Sergey Rybalchenko said.
The missile exploded in Krasnyi Luch late on June 16.
"According to preliminary reports, 20 people sought medical treatment, no victims were reported," he said.
Over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian forces shelled the LPR twice.
Ukraine has been carrying out a military crackdown against Donbass since 2014. Multiple announcements of ceasefires failed to stabilize the situation. The simmering armed conflict escalated rapidly in February this year, and sent Donbass barreling towards an unprecedent bloodshed.
Russia intervened on February 24 by launching a special military operation to demilitarize Ukraine and bring peace back to Donbass. *t
