LPR has lifted the curfew for the period of May 11-14 as the Republic celebrates its eighth anniversary on May 12.
The LPR Head Leonid Pasechnik signed a decree stipulating that the curfew is lifted starting from 11 p.m. May 11 until 4 a.m. May 14, 2022.
In 2014, 81 percent of the Lugansk region residents took to polling stations and 96.2 percent of the voters supported the LPR independence. The LPR proclaimed itself an independent state on May 12, 2014. *t
