The DPR Head Pushilin has enacted a decree to make travelling between the DPR and the LPR available again.
"Travel outside the DPR, to Russia and the LPR, is allowed," the document reads.
The LPR customs committee said that "temporary customs control posts at the LPR-DPR border are operating in s standard mode, goods and vehicles are moving in accordance with LPR laws."
Four vehicle crossing points are located at the DPR-LPR border: Debaltsevo, Snezhnoye, Nikishino and 759th km of the M-03 highway. *t
