Ukrainian forces have shelled the village of Sabovka, Slavyanoserbsk district, damaging homes, a school, a kindergarten and a library, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine's war crimes (JCCC) reported.   The enemy fired an American high-mobility artillery rocket system at the village at 22:10 on November 13 expending five missiles.   “The aftermath of Ukrainian armed formations’ artillery strike at the village of Sabovka, Slavyanoserbsk district has been recorded. <...> damage was caused to three houses, a secondary school, a kindergarten, a library, Melovaya railway station buildings and a power line,” the JCCC said.   The village of Sabovka is located in the vicinity of Lugansk.   The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks that began soon thereafter failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.   The Lugansk People’s Republic became a part of Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referendum.*i*ie
