LUGANSK, March 11 (Lugansk Media Centre) - Dmitry Kozak, deputy head of the Russian presidential administration, and Andrey Yermak, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's chief of staff, are participating in the Contact Group meeting in Minsk today, said LPR Foreign Minister representing the Republic at Minsk talks Vladislav Deinego.
"The negotiations are taking place with the participation of Kozak and Yermak," he said.
The negotiators are expected to discuss the issues related to harmonization of POW exchange lists, new disengagement areas and embedding the Donbass special status into Ukrainian constitution.
