Lugansk People’s Republic Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Andrey Yershov said that his department has provided access to the Internet to 94 percent of schools in the Republic.
“We were tasked with providing Internet connection to the bulk of schools by August 31,” Yershov said in an interview with the Lugansk Media Center. “As many as 561 LPR educational centers, or 94 percent, have been connected to the network.”
Internet services are unavailable to the educational facilities which are located in frontline areas or suspended classes, he added.*i*sb
