LUGANSK, June 21 (Lugansk Media Centre) - The Lugansk People’s Republic People’s Militia thanked the leaders of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine for quick correction of errors made in OSCE SMM daily reports.

“We thank the OSCE SMM heads for quick response to our comments regarding the errors in the daily reports of June 14 and June 15, 2018, and the corrections concerning the shelling by Ukrainian army units of the bus in the Golubovskoye settlement and a Kirovsk resident’s obtaining permission to talk with OSCE personnel,” LPR People’s Militia spokesman Andrey Marochko said at a press briefing at the Lugansk Media Centre on Thursday.

“We hope that such mistakes made by SMM personnel, one of which could have led to blaming the Republic for terrorism against its own people will never happen again,” Marochko said.

Earlier, Marochko, speaking at a press briefing at the Lugansk Media Centre, urged the OSCE SMM to deal with facts of the appearance of incorrect information in the Mission’s daily reports. He noted that the OSCE report posted on June 14, 2018 detailed the shelling of a commuter bus in the Golubovskoye settlement.

The OSCE said that there were two patients in hospital who had been wounded in the June 7 bus explosion, while its June 15 report said that a woman in the Kirovsk settlement had to receive permission from DPR officials for giving information about the school shelling in the Donetsky settlement (administered by the Kirovsk Town Council - eds Lugansk Media Centre).
