LPR and Russian engineers have re-launched the Petrovskiy water main, the state water company Lugansk Voda said.

"Currently, the Petrovskiy water main is operating almost at almost 100 pc capacity. Repairs works were ongoing round the clock and were completed in the shortest possible time," the report reads.

Petrovskiy water main stopped pumping water in January 2020. After the liberation of the Stanitsa Luganskaya district, the repairs at the water duct began.

"A number of water wells and pipes were demined, two pipes in critical condition were replaced by trenchless method," the water company said.

The water main provides up to 20 thousand cubic meters of water per day. Its re-launch allowed to resume water supply to Zhovtnevyi, Leninskiy, and Artyomovskiy districts of Lugansk from 5 a.m. till 11 p.m. *t
