Lugansk People’s Republic authorities will start issuing housing certificates to orphans next year, Presidential Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova told reporters.
“The possible solutions would be to issue certificates to children without parental care or orphans, compensate the rent or repair a big dormitory in Lugansk where young people will live until they have been provided with an apartment,” Lvova-Belova said.
Certificates will start working next year,” she said in response to the Lugansk Media Center’s question about how much progress had been made in the provision of housing for orphans from boarding schools.
The preparations for populating a dormitory are expected to be completed next year, Lvova-Belova said adding that the housing waiting list would be long.*i*sb
