Two wind farms will be launched in the Krasnodon and Lutugino districts in the Lugansk People's Republic, Power Grid Company (RSK) District Generation Director Yevgeny Kvitka told the Lugansk Media Center.   The LPR government, Rosseti (Russian energy networks operator) and the RSK have signed a tripartite agreement on joint work to phase in wind parks, Kvitka said.  A wind farm will comprise ten units; each can generate 2.5 megawatt per hour if the wind blows, he said adding that they would help decrease the load on main transmission lines during peak power consumption.   “The electricity will be transferred to the power grid to meet the needs of residents, and possibly, industrial companies,” Kvitka said.*i*ie
