LUGANSK, May 22 (Lugansk Media Centre) – The LPR Ministry of State Security has obtained proof of Ukraine's involvement in staging fake bomb threats in Russia and Donbass.
"The LPR Ministry of State Security has identified individuals involved in operations to destabilize social and political situation in Russia and Donbass," the Ministry said.
The reports says that secret documents have been retrieved showing that the Lvov-based 74th informational-psychological operations center of special operations forces was involved in terrorist activity.
"The center staged fake bomb threats on social, transport and vital infrastructure in Russia and Donbass Republics."
Criminal investigation is to be launched; files are to be passed to Russia's Investigative Committee.
