Russian workers have repaired 85 percent of the road from Lugansk to the Antratsit district, the only safe line to the Donetsk People’s Republic at present, said Lugansk People’s Republic Infrastructure and Transport Ministry spokesman Yevgeny Tsevtkov.    “Twenty-three kilometers of two-lane road and five kilometers of four lane road are under repairs which involve 165 workers and 70 pieces of equipment,” Tsvetkov said.   The road is the only safe way to the Donetsk People’s Republic as it does not run through the zone of fighting, he said.*i*ie
