An oil depot in Lugansk has caught fire after being hit by a Tochka-U ballistic missile fired from Ukraine-controlled territory, the Defence's spokesman Ivan Filiponenko said.
"Ukrainian terrorists keep terrorizing LPR civilians. Preliminary, an oil depot has been set ablaze as nationalists used a Tochka-U tactical missile system," he said.
The shelling originated in Severodonetsk, the JCCC said.
Emergency response teams are tackling the fire. Two reservoirs have been hit, one containing petrol, another one with diesel. *t
