Acrobatic duo from Minsk – Dmitry Sarafanov and Kristina Kristolyubova - won the Grand Prix of the International Children and Youth Circus Groups Festival the Future of Circus that took place in Lugansk.

The awards ceremony and gala concert were held on Sunday in Lugansk State Circus.

 First places were attributed to Diana Zubkova from circus studio Parade of Hopes based in Yalta (Crimea), juggler Alexey Veslin and aerial gymnast Darya Nikitina from State College of Circus and Variety Arts named after Mikhail Rumyantsev (stage name Karandash), Moscow, aerial artist of circus performance group Mrya from Donetsk.

The Special Prize was awarded to a rola bola equilibrist from people's circus Rodnik Artem Gorbunov, the performance team got the Special Prize of a Swiss circus school in Lugano.

Moscow concert agency distributed awards among Gorlovka (DPR) circus group, and Zhemchuzhina (Pearl) duo, Lugansk State College of Arts and Culture who also got International Talent Agency Crazy Kreis (USA, Florida) of Iouri Kreis prize.

Nikitina was also awarded the Simferopol State Circus prize and Marina Fedorova from St. Petersburg received Lugansk State College of Arts and Culture prize.

Solo-juggler from Lyubertsy (Moscow region) Akexey Sychev was named the best artist by Lugansk State Circus.

The members of international jury were also awarded by LPR authorities and cultural institutions.

Director of Scuola Circo Lidia Golovkova circus school Lidia Migani, based in Lugano, Switzerland, and director of State College of Circus and Variety Arts named after Mikhail Rumyantsev (stage name Karandash) Valentina Savina were awarded second-class Medals of Merit.

Certificates of Gratitude from LPR leader Igor Plotnitskiy were handed to Iouri Kreis and Boris Tezikov, the Simferopol State Circus director.
