The LPR leader earlier ordered the Digital Development Ministry to test-launch mobile Internet in parts of the Republic starting December 14. Mobile Internet launched in LPR
The Mobile Communication Systems (MKS) has relaunched the Internet service in the Lugansk People's Republic, the operator said on its Telegram channel.
