Lugansk People’s Republic Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Andrey Yershov has said that mobile Internet services will be relaunched in the Republic in a phased manner.
“If we launch it simultaneously across the Republic we’ll have degrading data networks and even voice communication,” Yershov told the Lugansk Media Center.
The Republic’s capital has become the first settlement where wireless Internet was test-launched, because its the largest city where mobile networks operators are based; we don’t have to gather data from other locations, he said adding that “we see both the user the process.”.
The LPR leader earlier ordered the Digital Development Ministry to test-launch mobile Internet in parts of the Republic starting December 14.
