Specialists from Russia’s Orenburg region have helped improve water supply to some 1,000 households in the Komissarovka township in the Perevalsk district of the Lugansk People’s Republic, director of the local housing maintenance department Grigory Asseyev told the Lugansk Media Center.

“The region helped to replace 1,260 meters of a 110mm water pipe whose wear and tear reached some 90 percent,” Aseyev said.

Pipeline ruptures in the area had been reported nearly every week due to terrain features and rundown infrastructure, he added.
