Kiev forces fired a Tochka-U missile at Krasny Luch in the evening of June 16.

Earlier, town administration head Sergey Rybalchenko said that 20 people had been wounded in the missile strike; 10,500 customers were left without electricity and more than 2,100 were left without gas supply. The regional defense headquarters evacuated 300 Krasny Luch residents who had  found themselves in the field of fire.

The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks participants have announced ceasefire more than 20 times since the autumn of 2014. Kiev forces regularly violated the truce opening fire with large caliber artillery, mortars and tank guns which were to have been withdrawn from the contact line under the accords. *i*s
