A humanitarian aid convoy of the Russian Emergency Situations Ministry (EMERCOM) has delivered 100 tons of foodstuffs for Severodonetsk area residents, the Lugansk People’s Republic Emergencies Ministry press service reported.   “On, May 17, an EMERCOM convoy delivered relief supplies for Donbass residents to the LPR capital,” the report said. “The trucks immediately left for Rubezhnoye and Severodonetsk.”   “Six EMERCOM trucks have brought 100 tons of foodstuffs,” the Ministry said.   On May 15, Russia delivered more than 190 tons of foodstuffs to Severodonetsk area residents.   The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.   The Lugansk People’s Republic acceded to Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referendum.*i*ie
