The Russian Federation will recognize all education levels and certificates, and academic degrees and titles of residents of the new regions, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said at a Cabinet meeting.
“All education levels and certificates, academic degrees and titles will be recognized,” Mishustin said adding that the citizens who were members of national academies of sciences are entitled to commensurate monthly pay.”
The Lugansk People’s Republic, the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions acceded to Russia on September 30, 2022, based on the results of the unification referenda.*i*ie
