Russian forces have repelled four Kiev army attacks on the Kupyansk and Krasny Liman axes over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
“On the Kupyansk axis, Task Force “West” units, artillery and heavy flamethrower systems repelled three attacks by the Ukrainian army’s 43rd and 115th Mechanized Brigades and 68th Jaeger Brigade in the areas of Sinkovka in the Kharkov region and Sergeyevka and Novoyegorovka in the Lugansk People’s Republic,” the report said.
Enemy losses amounted up to 100 servicemen, three armored fighting vehicles, three cars, two US-made M109 artillery pieces, one D-30 howitzer, one Polish “Krab” self-propelled howitzer and one “Gvozdika” self-propelled howitzer.
On the Krasny Liman axis, Task Force Center” units, aircraft and artillery repelled an attack by an assault group of 42nd Mechanized Brigade in the Serebryanka Forestry area.
The Ukrainian army lost up to 60 servicemen, two armored fighting vehicles and two cars on this axis over the past 24 hours.
Twenty-eight Ukrainian drones were shot down in the areas of Shipilovka (LPR), Spornoye, Zelyony Gai, Verkhnetoretskoye and Vodyanoye (DPR), and Ocheretovatoye, Pyatikhatka, Tarasovka and Berdyansk in the Zaporozhye region, the Defense Ministry said.
