Russian construction companies have rebuilt 31 cultural centers in the Lugansk People’s Republic, said Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.   “We are creating conditions to develop cultural life in the new regions; our citizens are getting the opportunity to realize their creative potential,” the Russian Cabinet website quoted Khusnullin as saying. “That is why the Donbass and Novorossiya socio-economic development program pays special attention the restoration of cultural facilities.”   As of today, 32 cultural facilities have been repaired in the Donetsk People’s Republic, 31 in the LPR, and 13 in the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions. In additional to renovation, they received necessary equipment, he said.   Repairs of a cultural center in the LPR’s Novopskov distrct are nearing completion and a decision has been made to restore the House of Culture in Severodonetsk. Construction workers have finished window installation and are due to begin repairs of the frontage, the roof, utility lines and the interior. The House of Culture premises will be developed as well, Khusnullin said.   The Lugansk People’s Republic acceded to Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referendum. *i*ie
