Construction of ten apartment buildings is due to be launched in Lugansk and Sverdlovsk in the near future, said Territorial Development Fund (FRT) Managing Company Director General Nail Saifullin.
“As of now, the FRT has concluded the first six agreements with developers on the status of Free Economic Zone resident and the land plots for housing construction in Lugansk and Sverdlovsk,” Saifullin said.
Ten apartment buildings with a total area of 70,000 square meters will boost the supply in the housing market and provide some 1,000 families with comfortable housing, he said.   Developers enjoy a number of incentives. The FRT Managing Company plans to step up its work in the housing market of the new Russian regions, Saifullin said.*i
