Kiev forces have shelled the center of Bryanka seriously wounding a taxi driver, deputy head of the local administration Viktor Kolesnik said.
“A shell hit the road in front of the Lenin monument (next to the Town Hall) in the center of the town at 19:40; it hit the asphalt right in the middle,” Kolesnik said. “The second exploded closer to Lenin Square. A taxi driver was seriously wounded; he is in hospital.”
Windows of the clothing factory and apartment houses near the impact site were damaged, he added.
