Two homes have been destroyed in a Ukrainian artillery attack at the town of Zolotoye-2 (Karbonit neighborhood), the Lugansk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine's war crimes (JCCC) reported.   “Two homes were ruined in Zolotoye-2,” the report said.   Earlier, the JCCC said that Ukrainian forces fired two missiles from an American high mobility artillery rocket system at Zolotoye-2 at 21:15 on October 24. Pervomaisk mayor Sergey Kolyagin said that the strike had hit the single-family residential area of the Karbonit neighborhood.   The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks that began soon thereafter failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.   The Lugansk People’s Republic joined Russia on September 30, 2022, based on the results of the unification referendum.*i*ie
