Ukraine has halted water supply from the Western Filtration Station (ZFS) to a number of LPR regions, the Luganskvoda state water company said.
"Ukraine suspended water supply at 8.00 a.m. November 3 from the ZFS to the LPR territory. According to available reports, the reason is a rupture of the 1200 mm water main running from the ZFS-3 pumping station in Ukrainian territory," the statement reads.
Water supply has since been limited to Slavyanoserbsk, Perevalsk, Pervomaisk, Alchevsk, Bryanka, Stakhanov, Kirovsk regions.
"Water supply will resume after repairs are completed, and the station returns to normal operation," Luganskvoda said.
