Ukrainian forces have shelled Bryanka using a US-made high mobility artillery rocket system, the Lugansk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported.   “At 23:10, Ukrainian armed formations delivered a strike at Bryanka using HIMARS (four missiles),” the JCCC said.   No casualties or damage were immediately reported.   The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The Donbass peace talks participants have announced ceasefire more than 20 times since the autumn of 2014.
