A woman has been killed in a Ukrainian artillery attack at Zolotoye-2, head of the Pervomaisk administration Sergey Kolyagin wrote on Telegram.
Earlier, the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes reported that Ukrainian forces fired two missiles from an American high mobility artillery rocket system at Zolotoye-2 at 21:15 on October 24. Two homes were destroyed in the shelling.
“Updated reports said that Ukrainian gunmen’s treacherous strike at the residential area of the Zolotoye-2 town (Karbonit neighborhood) destroyed two single-family homes killing a 64-year-old woman,” the mayor said.
Pervomaisk fire-fighting and rescue team personnel have already retrieved the body from under the debris.
Kolyagin expressed his condolences to the victim’s family.
