Two teenagers who were wounded in an explosion near the Novodaryevka township on Sunday are in serious condition, Lugansk People’s Republic Healthcare Minister Natalia Pashchenko said.   “As of now, their condition remains serious; they need complex surgery,” Pashchenko said.   After the incident, the 15-year-olds were admitted to the Rovenki Central Town Hospital with open and closed craniocerebral injuries. The patients received primary care and emergency surgery and were flown to the Lugansk Republican Children's Clinical Hospital, she added.   The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014.  The peace talks failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.   The Lugansk People’s Republic acceded to Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referendum.*i*v
