Ukrainian armed formations have delivered an artillery strike at Stakhanov damaging 14 homes, said the Lugansk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine's war crimes (JCCC).
Stakhanov came under fire on Tuesday morning.
“The enemy used a high mobility artillery rocket system (HIMARS) to fire two M31 GMLRS missiles at Stakhanov,”the JCCC said. “Fourteen homes, a dermatovenerologic dispensary, a power line and a gas pipe were damaged.”
The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014. The peace talks that began soon thereafter failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.
The Lugansk People’s Republic acceded to Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referendum. *i*ie
