40 percent of LPR budget money recipients register with Russian financial system - Ministry
Some 40 percent of budget money recipients in the Lugansk People’s Republic have registered with the Russian financial system, an LPR official said.
The recipients - ministries, departments and their subordinate organizations - have to start personal accounts and get certificates and digital signatures, said LPR Finance Minister Yevgeny Manuilov.
“They are medical institutions, i.e. the healthcare system, the education system i.e. school directors and chief accountants, and pre-school education, i.e. kindergartens. There are some 1,755 budget recipients overall,” Manuilov said. “They have to go through all legalization procedures in the electronic systems.<...> As of now, some 40 percent of certified budget recipients are opening personal accounts. Other have to hurry up their certification and cost estimates.”
Going through this procedure “actually means legalization in the Russian financial system,” the minister said. The LPR Labor and Social Policy Ministry and the Pension Fund were among the first government organization in the LPR to complete the procedure in order to quickly begin to provide pensions and allowances.
