The All-Russia People’s Front (ONF) social movement has trained 60 specialists in the Voronezh region for public services centers which are being set up in the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics.
“In the Voronezh region, the ONF, supported by the Russian Economic Development Ministry, the Center for Strategic Research Foundation, and the Presidential Grants Foundation, trained 60 specialists for state and municipal services centers (MFC) which are being created in the Lugansk and Donetsk People’s Republics,” the press service of the social movement reported.
The ONF is using a special program to train MFC personnel.
“The one-year program comprises several stages. Hundreds of specialists from the four new regions will visit successful MFCs to study the best practices of their colleagues from all over Russia. “They’ll get access to online lectures, video tutorials and educational materials,” the press service said.
ONF Executive Committee chairman Mikhail Kuznetsov said that “the ONF is monitoring the integration of the new territories in the legal environment of the Russian Federation and the observance of the rights of citizens living in Donbass.”
“It is very important to be always in touch with MFC personnel. We get an important feedback as we see the decisions that falter, so we can timely draw the attention of the Russian government and dedicated ministries and agencies,” he said.
Yelena Kazmerchuk, director of the Economic Development Ministry Quality Services Department said that the ONF project would facilitate quick and effective establishment of the public services center network in the Donbass Republics.
Colleagues from the Belgorod, Voronezh, Kursk, Lipetsk, Moscow, Rostov, Tula and Ulyanovsk regions shared their experiencing with personnel of the emerging MFCs, Kazmerchuk said.
“The project aims to train more than 1,000 universal specialists who will provide state services to residents of the new regions,” she said.
Earlier, the LPR parliament approved the law on the multi-functional state and municipal services center, while the government endorsed the order to set up MFCs in the Republic. The LPR Telecom and Mass Communications Ministry reported that the Republic would launch ten MFCs in November.*i*v
