A civilian has died, a woman is missing as Ukrainian forces shelled Pervomaisk, the local administration said.
Kiev forces fired HIMARS rockets on the city late on August 16.
"An apartment building in one of the most densely populated areas sustained significant damage," the report reads.
The damage was inflicted on several floors, from the 9th to the 4th.
One civilian was reported dead, as he suffered a heart attack following the incident. Three residents were evacuated from the house, including a girl born in 2018, she and her father were taken to the central city hospital. One woman is missing.
Nine flats are affected.
Ukraine has been carrying out a military crackdown against Donbass since 2014. Multiple announcements of ceasefires failed to stabilize the situation. The simmering armed conflict escalated rapidly in February this year, and sent Donbass barrelling towards an unprecedented bloodshed.
