Fires have destroyed more than 58 hectares of vegetation in the Lugansk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the LPR Emergencies Ministry press service reported.
“Over the past 24 hours, 64 fires have been extinguished; of those 46 occurred in natural ecosystems on an area of 58 hectares,” the Ministry said.
As of August 16, more than 2,500 fires had occurred in the LPR ecosystem since the beginning of this year. *i*t
