Kiev forces damage or destroy 15 homes, two infrastructure facilities in LPR over week - JCCC
Kiev forces damaged or destroyed 15 homes and two infrastructure facilities in the Lugansk People’s Republic over the past week, said the LPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC).
“Fifteen homes and two civil infrastructure facilities were ruined or damaged (in shelling by Ukrainian forces last week),” the JCCC said.
In the week before last, 87 houses and eight infrastructure facilities were damaged or destroyed in Kiev artillery attacks on the LPR.
The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014. The peace talks that began soon thereafter failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.
The Lugansk People’s Republic acceded to Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referendum.*i*v
