Kiev forces damage or destroy ten homes, 14 infrastructure facilities in LPR over week - JCCC
Kiev forces have damaged or destroyed ten homes and 14 infrastructure facilities in the Lugansk People’s Republic over the past week, said the LPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes (JCCC).
“Ten homes and 14 civil infrastructure facilities including one medical center and three education institutions were ruined or damaged in shelling by Ukrainian forces last week,” the JCCC said.
In the week before last, 14 houses and 13 infrastructure facilities were damaged or destroyed in Kiev artillery attacks on the LPR.
The Ukrainian government launched the so-called anti-terrorist operation against Donbass in April 2014. The peace talks that began soon thereafter failed to reach tangible results due to Kiev’s position to settle the conflict by force.
The Lugansk People’s Republic acceded to Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referendum. *i*ie
