The Lugansk People’s Republic will bring a legal action against Ukraine in connection with the crimes committed against LPR civilians, LPR leader Leonid Pasechnik said at a press conference at the “Russia” exhibition-forum.
“A dedicated commission which operates in the LPR is recording the crimes committed in the territory of the Lugansk People’s Republic against its residents,” Pasechnik said.
It also has been recording property damage; it keeps track of all these figures, he said.*i
