Lugansk People’s Republic enterprises exports products to a number of foreign countries including India and Turkey, said the Lugansk Customs press service.   “LPR exporters deliver products to countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and other states,” the press service said citing Lugansk Customs Acting Head Konstantin Savelyev. “Coal mining companies export products to Turkey, Egypt and India and wheat flour is supplied to the Republic of Abkhazia and Turkmenistan.”   LPR Commerce and Industry Chamber Chairman Anatoly Chekh said that the LPR export potential would increase by several times after full launch of industrial enterprises.   Currently, the primary export items are the famous Donbass coal and wheat flour from the LPR, Chekh said.    The establishment of a free economic zone together with free customs zone would facilitate LPR exports and economic development, attract investments and help modernize enterprises, the Lugansk Customs said.   Industrial companies of the Lugansk People’s Republic launched cooperation with partners in friendly states and Eurasian Economic Union members such as Belarus and Kazakhstan, LPR Industry and Trade Minister Timur Samatov earlier told the Lugansk Media Center.   ***   LPR Acting Head Leonid Pasechnik thanked the Russian president and parliament for assistance in the establishment of a free economic zone in the new regions.   The Lugansk People’s Republic, Donetsk People’s Republic and Zaporozhye and Kherson regions acceded to Russia on September 30, 2022 following the unification referenda. *i*ie
