LPR Head Igor Plotnitskiy extended condolences to Donbass people over the death of DPR Hero Colonel Arseniy Pavlov best known under his code name Motorola.
Colonel Arsen (Arseniy) Pavlov, Hero of Donetsk People's Republic, was killed on October 16 in an apparent blast of an improvised explosive device planted in the hallway of the block of flats where he lived, in the center of Donetsk. DPR People’s Council chairman Denis Pushilin called Pavlov’s murder "an act of terror" assuming that a Ukrainian sabotage and reconnaissance group was behind the atrocity.
"I would like to extend condolences to people of Donbass – both DPR and LPR citizens – over the tragic death of one of outstanding and renown commanders of Donbass – Arseniy Pavlov, known by many under his code name Motorola," Plotnitskiy said.
"The chain of events in DPR and LPR is not accidental, it is intertwined with Kiev's politics" that tries to frighten Donbass with terror methods, he added.
