The Lugansk People’s Republic Healthcare Ministry has begun the distribution of medicines to LPR residents who present with rare disorders.   “Welfare beneficiaries are entitled to medications, medical products and dietary therapy,” the Healthcare Ministry press service said.   The first free medications will be dispensed for out-patient treatment of oncohematological and cystic fibrosis cases, it said.   “We’re going through an important stage in further integration of the LPR healthcare system in the Russian Federation, namely we’re distributing medicines to patients with expensive specific diseases,” LPR Deputy Healthcare Minister Alexey Rukavishnikov said.   Some 100,000 LPR residents are on the list of eligible recipients.   LPR health authorities will distribute more medications following state procurements and supplies from the federal center for planning and drug provision, the Ministry said. *i*ie
