The Lugansk People’s Republic People’s Council (parliament) has unanimously approved the law on the election of LPR Head.
“Head of the Republic is selected by the parliament from among the three candidates presented by the Russian president. <...> the election is held by secret ballot,” parliament speaker Sergey Miroshnichenko said ahead of the vote.
