LPR medical institutions offering anti-coronavirus jabs are now issuing QR-codes confirming the vaccination, the acting dean of the Lugansk city polyclinic No.12 Elena Bratischenko said.
"The process of generating QR-codes has started today. To receive a QR-code for vaccinations that took place during summer months, as well as for current inoculations, one has to present his LPR passport, and they will receive a QR-code".
QR-codes and hard copies of certificates are issued in inoculation centres where a patient received a jab.
LPR vaccination certificates are recognized in Russia.
